The project is well-studied, and I appreciate how you identified and addressed the city's challenges. Your approach is commendable—finding problems and creating solutions is at the heart of effective urban design. The SWOT analysis and amenities were also well presented, showcasing how different spaces can influence and support the proposed project.
The progression of the design was thoughtfully curated. From a simple block or rectangular form, the plan was reimagined into a more dynamic and engaging layout that effectively utilizes ventilation opportunities for all spaces. This transformation adds both functionality and aesthetic value to the design.
When planning a high-rise building, I recommend placing commercial spaces on the lower levels and distributing social hubs across different floors. Providing residents and users with multiple meeting and social zones throughout the building, rather than concentrating them at the top, enhances accessibility and community interaction. The zoning layout is well-conceived, but some refinements and alignments would further enhance its efficiency. The diagrams are well-presented.
Regarding the mind map, the diagram appears somewhat spread out, making it difficult to interpret. To improve clarity, consider using a grid-based layout for better organization.
The color palette is well-chosen—it is visually appealing and does not strain the eyes. The floor plan presentation is also good, but in the future, ensure that the plan itself is larger than the legend to maintain focus on the design rather than the annotations.
The perspectives are well-executed, though refining the shadows and lighting would further enhance the realism and justification of the spatial atmosphere.
Overall, the execution and presentation of the project were strong. The depth of study, time, and effort invested in this work are evident.
