The disposition is divided into three sections. On the north side are technical rooms. All the apartments are oriented to the sea. Between them are circulation cores. In the apartment house on the 1. Under ground floor there is a garage for 9 cars, motorcycles, and bikes. On the 1. Ground floor there are three additional parking spots towards the building. The main entrance opens up in to the foyer with modern suspended fireplace. Around the foyer are positioned three apartments (one studio apartment, two apartments with 2 rooms in each) and technical core for maintenance personnel. Room for cleaning lady, laundry room, storage for clean laundry and storage for seasonal sport equipment. The exterior consists of a terrace with exterior staircase and a pool for guests. On the 2. ground floor are two 2-bedroom apartments and one 3-bedroom apartment. The floor plan is complemented by a storage for dirty and clean laundry. The roof of this apartment building, is designed as a roofed half floor with a SPA for guests. Three saunas, showers, dressing room and lounge room to rest after hot sauna. In the second half, which is not roofed, is a terrace with jacuzzi and deck chairs. Each apartment has a beautiful view on the sea.

Technické informácie

In a combined pillar-wall construction system are floor plans based on the golden ratio. The whole house is plastered with white plaster, furthermore each floor has a wooden terrace or a wooden balcony and the same wood is also used as a connecting covering on the building. The stone used in the fence around the property and in the exterior staircase forms the final harmony of natural resources used. Window shading is solved by exterior blinds. Airiness of the house is complemented by see-through foyer on both ground floors.
